NAILED BY STEPH WRITTEN POLICIES © **By booking you have READ and AGREED to ALL of my policies Booking Policies *$30 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for ALL CLIENTS prior to booking NO EXCEPTIONS. *NO DEPOSIT=NO APPOINTMENT *Deposit goes towards your service and secures your spot *Deposit funds will be taken from your card on file ONLY if your appointment was accepted Card info **You are NEVER FULLY charged in advance of a service. **You will only be paying for a deposit **That information is only a placeholder and is there to make sure my time is protected. Your card will ONLY be charged if you CANCEL/ NO SHOW etc. (Please be sure to read my cancellation/rescheduling policy) slot times 9AM | 12PM | 3PM | 6PM Availability is also posted in my instagram highlights. Highlight is labeled “availability”. AFTER HOUR appointment slots 5 P.M. 6 P.M. SQUEEZE INS are available SATURDAYS or upon request 9 A.M. 12 P.M. After hours / squeeze ins *There is an additional $30 fee for after hour appointments **Squeeze ins are an additional $35 fee **if you book any other times besides those that have been sent to you, your appointment will not be approved **IF you DO NOT receive a confirmation through your phone number that means your appointment has NOT been accepted Payment *The remainder of your service must be paid in CASH ONLY. *Please be sure to bring enough $$ I do carry change. *If you did not pick a freestyle by me, send a picture of your inspo set a day before your scheduled appointment. *Exact pricing will be given at the END of your appointment, for length and design changing purposes. I do have sets with exact pricing located in my portfolio -for mobile payments I only accept Zelle or Apple-pay ***If paying with cashapp on appointment day, there will be an additional $2 fee Rescheduling/cancellation policies Cancellation policy: *If you cannot make it to your appointment PLEASE be sure to cancel AT LEAST 48 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. (deposit is forfeited & no cancellation fees applied) *rescheduling must be done 48 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment new rescheduled appointment must be within 7 days of original appointment. Client cancellation: *If you cancel/reschedule a day before or the day of your appointment, your card will be charged in full based on your chosen service **NO SHOWS will be charged for a full service and will NOT be allowed to book with me in the future!! ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE/ NON- TRANSFERABLE Tardy fees: *You have a 5 minute grace period to arrive and be seated in my chair. *After the 5 minute mark- a $10 late fee will be added to your service. **After the 10 minute mark- your appointment will be canceled and marked as a client cancellation. You Must be seated in my chair by the 10th minute, not arriving at the 10th minute. No exceptions/ excuses ***Please travel accordingly to avoid any and all late fees. Service policies : * No extra guests * Must arrive with clean bare hands/feet Ex: No polish, clear gel, old acrylic nails. UNLESS YOU HAVE BOOKED A SOAK OFF *Soak offs/removals and or fill services will only be provided if it is my work! *No same day appointments address will be sent through email/automated messages 🤍

Cancellation Policy

I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any cancellations made within 24hrs of your scheduled appointment. That also includes late arrival past the 10 minute grace period. All deposits are non-refundable/transferable
